The Opportunity
Cross Ave is a land assembly project, where different parcels of land are acquired and subsequently applied for rezoning/approvals for high-rise towers. Once the plan is approved the site will be sold.
Located within a short walk across from the Oakville Go and Via Rail station (key transit hub) in the heart of Oakville, this project is also a short drive to Lake Ontario in downtown Oakville.
There are some existing tenants in place on the site who will be paying rent, absorbing part of the carrying cost of the site.
